I first engaged Tiana as a consultant for our Girls and Young Women of Color initiative, where she developed and facilitated a powerful workshop series centered on the mental health and well-being of Black girls. Using the Seven Dimensions of Wellness as a framework, she created content that was both developmentally grounded and culturally affirming, helping participants reflect on survival and thriving, reimagine supportive environments, and strengthen practices that uplift young women, families, and communities. Her ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging experiences was refreshing.

Tiana also played an important role in our scholars programming, developing workshops to support students transitioning into their first year of college and training other mental health professionals to deliver the content across multiple states. She is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and consistently prepared, qualities that made collaboration seamless and effective.
