Sustainable healing from the inside out

SoulFree Wellness supports individuals, organizations, and communities in cultivating sustainable healing, emotional well-being, and collective care.

Through therapeutic support, wellness consulting, and heart-centered facilitation, we empower people to reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships, and build wellness practices that create transformation from the inside out.

Are you feeling stuck?

Do you feel like you’re carrying too much, struggling to advocate for yourself, grieving things you can’t fully explain, or feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world? Are you navigating big decisions, identity shifts, or emotional heaviness that feels hard to name? You don’t have to hold it all alone.

At SoulFree Wellness, therapy is a space where you can exhale. A space rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and deep care—where you are supported in showing up as your full self. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and together we create room for clarity, emotional release, and meaningful transformation.

Individual Therapy

I provide one-on-one therapy for BIPOC+ clients, with a special focus on LGBTQ+/queer and non-binary individuals. Together, we create a space that honors your lived experience, supports your healing, and helps you move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Relationship Therapy

I work with couples to strengthen communication, navigate conflict , and better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Whether you’re looking to reconnect, build emotional intimacy, or move through transitions with clarity and respect, our work together creates space for more honest connection.

Consulting Services

I partner with organizations and community-based programs to create wellness initiatives that foster healing and long-term impact. Through cultural strategy and heart-centered collaboration, we help teams build healthier systems and supportive environments where people can thrive.

In our work together, we honor your lived experience and identities, explore the impact of family and community, and make space for the real-world stressors that shape your mental health. While we name the weight of what’s happening around us, we also work toward empowerment, resilience, and a deeper sense of hope—from the inside out.
